These glasses are very elegant. I like the fact that, even though the price is very very good, one can order more and it is not a one time deal. I bought 6 & then ordered 6 more. Just need to check shipping charges on other websites as it can be more than the glasses!
These glasses are sturdy but not heavy and so, feel good in the hand. Could be used for either white or red. Stem is also a good height and easy for handling.
First read about these glasses in Wall Street Journal article about different wine glasses. Actually from a Ridel Company at a lot less $$$$.
Normally, wine glasses aren’t something that I would buy online, but after shopping local stores, I couldn’t find a large white wine glass to my liking. I ordered the Nachtmann Vivendi wine glasses from Amazon as a last resort, but I couldn’t be more delighted with my purchase. The stemware has the look and feel of fine crystal.

Great glasses – beautifully shaped. BUT they’re fragile! After several parties have broken most of the original set (one broke in the dishwasher – beware). Not as sturdy as the Spiegelau, but prettier and less expensive.
I received these glasses and they were broken in a million pieces. I called Amazon and they sent new ones immediately. They arrived broken in a million pieces. They refunded my money. Lesson learned, buy glasses in a store not through the mail.
Just what I wanted. Technically these are ‘Proseco’ glasses and not Champagne flutes, but no one would know. They are high quality and packaged well. Be sure to hand wash as they are very thin.
