exactly what i was looking for. can hold 8 glasses 5 bottles with two plants on the top. sturdy. looks beautiful!
The wine rack came broken in the mail. However when i called the seller they were very friendly and sent a new one out. Overall unhappy with the product, but happy with the customer service that i received.
My husband and I purchased this wine rack for our kitchen wall. It arrived with some of the small screws falling out and just 2 screws and anchors to secure it to the wall. We knew the installation hardware was lacking after reading some of the other reviews but decided to give it a go anyway. We had 2 bottles securely on the rack for a few days, but when we went to add the third and fourth bottles, it came ripping out of the wall. Luckily, the bottles didn’t break all over our counters!! We had to repatch and paint the wall and the wine rack is on its way back to the vendor. Defintely not recommended unless you’re able to get the screws directly into the stud.
For starters:
1. Shipping price is 1/3 of what the item costs, which is a bit silly.
2. Item came to my home, practically nothing in the box to keep it from getting dinged up
3. Item came with a few dings.
4. Item shelf seems to be warped, its certainly not flat.
5. The “hardware” that comes with it is laughable. I used my own wall anchors.
6. It’s not a bad wine rack. I’d probably pay about $30 for this in a store.
All in all, it’s not the worst purchase I’ve made, but again, its one of those products that you expect what you pay for, and this falls a little short in that area.
I was very nervous about buying an item like this online. To my surprise it was everything they said it would be and more. Very sturdy, the top is black and very sleek looking next to the Iron spirals. The welding points are as about as good as you could expect (which was one of my main concerns) the welds do not stand out or look tacky. This is NOT a cheap looking rack (which was another concern) Yay! It’s perfect! It’s a gift for my boyfriend who only buys quality , so Im very grateful this turn out sooooo well! The product was 3 days early which was very nice, they packaged to product very well and provided screws and anchors. The only thing I will say is: I have wine preservers that are square shaped and the narrow end of the spirals does not work well together so buy round wine preservers…
