After reading many rave reviews and watching the product being lauded on TV, I fell for the hype. We did some blind testing of various wines with and without the use of the Vinturi. Our conclusion… it is nothing but hype. Save your money… this toy is useless.
The aerator is great for making inexpensive red wines taste great. I enjoy a nice glass of wine with a meal and didn’t have the budget for expensive wines. I received the Vinturi Wine Aerator as a gift and use it with every glass of wine I have now. Fantastic product and it makes me feel like I am drinking $25/bottle wine when I am only drinking $9/bottle wine.

I bought (2) of these babies, one for myself, the other a gift. After a recent wine tasting, I decided I needed to get an aerator. I looked on-line and decided to by this one. It really makes a difference in the taste of the wine. I use exclusively for dry reds, have not tried it on whites. It is real easy to clean after use, just rinse it out and dry off as much as you can get at.
