Amazon shipped this item with the bubble pack folded in half, along one side of this heavy item. When I picked up the box at my door, the wine aerator was flopping around inside of the mailing box. Yes, it was in it’s original product box, but no protective shock absorbtion included. It is very heavy glass, and was cracked on both sides where the aeration holes are. Since this was supposed to be a gift, I was most upset with Amazon’s packing technique. Good Luck!
